Here is the essence of ice needles that, along with the snow, burst into your mouth during your first fall on the slope. Hmm... Or perhaps it’s the chocolate that warmed your lips after you returned home? Outside the windows, snowflakes danced in a waltz that was meant to last until everything became white and soft like the marshmallows in your chocolate. It was your first winter break in the mountains, when the snow reached above the top of your head. What was that aroma lingering in the air? It’s a scent that asks whether the snow was really that deep, or if we were just that small?
